love The New Yorker… While we don't always have
the leisure to read the articles a quick flip from cartoon
to cartoon never fails to make us chuckle. It is the same
with Malcolm Kushner's Vintage Humor for Wine Lovers.
The little volume isn't actually a book you sit down to
read, but it is loads of fun to open a random page and read:
"In victory, you deserve Champagne; in defeat you need
it." Thus spoke Napoleon. As Kushner writes himself:

This is a fun little book, to be taken light-heartedly.
