Notes: This "virtual winery's" first
attempt at the Champagne style, a touch of rose in the color hints
at the wine's Pinot Noir influence. A yeasty, heady aroma is deceptive
of the sparkler's delicate, citrus flavors, great acid and a long,
creamy finish. Round in the mouth, with a balanced effervescence.
