Profile: Although the winery has flourished at Moet et Chandon's American outpost for several years under the expertise of woman winemaker Dawnine Dyer, this summer marks the beginning of a new era for Chandon. Australian Wayne Donaldson moved from Chandon's Yarra Valley to take over in the role of winemaker for the Napa Domaine. Those of us who enjoy Chandon's wines will be pleased to know that production will remain the same under the new regime at this top California producer, which also boats one of California's finest restaurants.
