Third Thursdays
On the third Thursday of every month at Restaurant Eugene, chef-owner Linton Hopkins invites guests for his monthly cheese tasting series, “Cheese Eugene,” selecting from the restaurant's 26-28 cheeses. Each sampling will feature cheeses from different regions of the world. The tastings are limited to 17 people. Five wines are paired with five cheeses for $50 per person plus tax and gratuity.
