Taj Boston is offering intimate wine dinners twice a month through December 17. Each evening is limited to 18 guests. Starting in the hotel's historic Cellar, visitors will sample and discuss Old and New World wines with a noted winemaker or representative. Then guests make their way to The Café where they can continue their epicurean conversations while indulging in chef Franck Steigerwald's four-course menu paired with the night's wines. Upcoming themed wine dinners include: hand-picked wine selections (Nov. 18), Sterling Vineyards (Dec. 3), and Laurent Perrier Champagne (Dec. 17). Fridays
