Grapevine’s GrapeFest is one of the largest annual wine festivals in the Southwest. This year’s event will feature the People’s Choice Wine Tasting Classic, where consumers can judge 122 Texas wines from 37 of the state’s wineries; the Vintner’s Auction, featuring live and silent auctions; and the Texas Wine Tribute Black Tie Gala. On the last Wednesday of every month,
Paul Botamer, wine director at The Mansion on Turtle
Creek, will share his expertise and divulge secrets
about wines from around the world. Themes for the evening
include the collectable Pinot Noir, selecting wine for Thanksgiving
dinner, sweet wines from across the globe and champagne,
the wine fit for kings. Starting at 6 p.m., the tastings
