Cova Hand-Selected Wines will highlight the Golden State's Pinots at a 2007 California Pinot Noir class on July 15. Renowned sommelier Monsterville Horton will honor the ‘07 vintages in an educational journey of some of the best wineries from all over California, including Brewer Clifton, Siduri, Loring, Paul Hobbs, Copain, A.P. Vin, and others. A suitably paired three-course dinner will be provided throughout the experience. Class will run from 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m., costing $75/person plus tax and gratuity.
