NOVE Italiano inside the Palms Casino Resort is offering "Get Corked" wine and food specials on Mondays, which include half-priced bottles on more than 300 wines from vineyards around the world. A small bites menu is also available nightly in the bar and lounge area only and features cured meats, pizza, crab cakes, calamari and meatballs, with each dish priced at $9.
