This summer, Master Sommelier George Miliotes has assembled a collection of wines for The Capital Grille's Master Wine Tasting Event. Through July 25, dinner patrons can sample 10 hand-selected wines from California, Italy and New Zealand. From July 26 through Labor Day, the event continues with wines from California, Spain and Australia. Las Vegas Wine Walk will take place at The Village of Lake Las Vegas from 7 p.m.-10 p.m. Enjoy an evening of wine tasting at up to 20 stations at different shops and restaurants that will offer a variety of wines. NOVE Italiano invites fine-dining enthusiasts to enjoy happy hour food and drink specials including featured wine, premium cocktails and signature dishes such as bruschette, salumi, calamari, meatballs, crudo and more. These items will be available for $7 each in the bar and lounge area from 5:30 p.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Terra Verde Italian restaurant inside Green Valley Ranch is now offering Wined Up Fridays, a wine and appetizer event on Friday evenings. Patrons can sample all-you-can-drink featured wines while enjoying appetizers for only $20 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Through the end of May, Wined Up Fridays will feature Italian and California wines by Ste. Michelle Winery, and over the course of the summer, wineries such as Santa Cristina by Piero Antinori, Tomaresca, Erath Vineyards, Hawk Crest and Distant Bay will be featured. Appetizers include meatball sliders, garlic fries, crispy ravioli, cheese and fruit trays with crackers and bread, as well as caprese skewers. CUT by Wolfgang Puck has a new Summer Stimulus happy hour menu available Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Guests can enjoy a selection of CUT's signature appetizers plus creative cocktails and wines all for only $7 each. Dishes include dry-aged prime New York steak skewers with Argentinean chimichurri and mini Kobe sliders on a brioche bun with crispy tempura onion rings. Cocktails on the menu include the Pearfect martini prepared with Absolut Pear, pear puree and fresh lime or the Rosemary Collins made with 209 Gin, rosemary, lemon juice and a splash of soda.
