Paris Las Vegas will present its five-day Beaujolais Nouveau Festival, which begins Wednesday afternoon with a celebrity kickoff and an old-fashioned grape stomp. During the following days, guests will be able to enjoy Wine 101: Passport to Wine, a gastronomic tour of Paris, France (Thursday); a Rock ‘n' Roll wine tasting and live concert (Friday); and Wine 101: Celebrate the Harvest, an educational tasting of Georges Duboeuf's wines accompanied by cheeses, breads and fruits (Saturday). On Thursday and Saturday-from noon to 6:00 p.m.-there will also be a complementary Georges Duboeuf wine tasting in the lobby bar.
