Every Other Monday
The tapas-style restaurant, The Falcon House,
located in a charmingly restored cottage in Delray Beach,
hosts five-course dinners paired with wines.
Watch for visiting winemakers for firsthand sipping and learning
experiences. Every other Monday, the chef creates a five-course
menu to pair with specialty wines chosen by Falcon's Tim Baur
and a special guest who gives chats about the wines. Seating
is limited; reservations are a must. Cost is $75 and up, depending
