The Napa Valley Wine Train will present a Franciscan vintners lunch, one of their weekly gourmet dining experiences. Guests will enjoy a four-course meal aboard the Napa Valley Wine Train. Hand-selected Franciscan wines by guest vintner and wine director Ryan Graham will be paired with the menu's entrées. During this three-hour journey Ryan Graham along with executive chef Kelly Macdonald will be readily available to offer insights into the techniques and artistry of each pairing. Meadowood Napa Valley is celebrating the Twelve Days of Christmas with twelve renowned chefs paired with twelve vintners. Each night, the event will host a different chef and winemaker match. Chefs such as Josiah Citrin of Melisse, Michael Cimarusti of Providence, and Laurent Gras of L2O will be paired with vintners including Bob & Stacey Bressler of Bressler Vineyards, Michael Polenske of Blackbird Vineyard, and Darioush Khaledi of Darioush.
