ENO, a sophisticated wine, cheese and chocolate tasting room located at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, is offering a summer series of its Eno-Versity classes. Guests can sip varietals with wine connoisseurs and nosh on artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and chocolate. This season's themes include Champagne and Sparkling Wines (June 12), summer sipping white wines (June 26), organic and biodynamic wines (July 10), chocolate (July 24), world-class Chardonnays (Aug. 14) and bold California Cabernets (Aug. 28).
