Phoenix/Scottsdale Wine Tastings & Events
November 22 Located just ten minutes from downtown Phoenix, The Farm at South Mountain will host the first Arizona Wine Growers Festival at the Farm, a special event celebrating The Grand Canyon State's growing wine industry with local vino, food and music. Running from 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m., the festival will feature tastings, interactive exhibits, educational wine seminars and an award ceremony. From 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., there will be an exclusive awards dinner ($125) at the onsite Quiessence Restaurant, featuring seasonal fare paired to select festival wines. Thursdays Fine's Cellar offers a drop-in wine tasting every Thursday evening from 5 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Each week features a different winery, which hosts an onsite sampling.
