Jazz Uncorked, an evening of jazz and food and wine pairings, will be held at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event, which is a fundraiser for Tucson Jazz Institute Parent Boosters Scholarship fund, will include a five-course dinner prepared by fire & spice Chef David Ferrara paired with wines from around the world. Students from the Tucson Jazz Institute will provide the music. Tickets cost $100 (50 percent is a tax-deductible donation to the Jazz Institute) and ticket holders will receive a voucher for a bottle of one of the featured wines. Casting for Recovery, a non-profit organization for Arizona breast cancer survivors, invites guests for a food and wine pairing to be held at Studio Vino.
