May 24-25 Chateau Ste. Michelle hosts the third annual Washington Wine Highway, a wine, cuisine, and travel experience allowing guests to purchase their favorite varietals and to stroll through pavilions representing the various terroirs of Washington. Spend a long, leisurely weekend sipping wine and chatting with the representatives of over 70 Washington State wineries and 50 restaurants, including 0/8 Seafood Grill, Maggiano's Little Italy, Purple Café and Wine Bar, Troiani Ristorante Italiano and Waterfront Seafood Grill. May 31 Building on the popularity of its award-winning 2004 Lucky Red, Saint Laurent Winery is proud to announce its 2005 Lucky White at a special release party. The Saturday evening festivities at the winery includes Lucky tastings, a live performance from local band Night Heart and delicious appetizers. The party begins at 6 p.m., and costs $10 per person. First Thursdays The first Thursday of every month, Spitfire features a three-course menu with tequila pairings. These events are meant to be entertaining and enlightening.
