| France's
wine regions have widely different climate and growing conditions,
but after hundreds of years of winemaking, the French have
pretty much figured out which grapes grow best in each area.
Thus, some of the world's best wines come from France, from
Chardonnays and Viogniers to Cabernets and Syrahs.
