Cap Classique Producers Association
A collective of producers dedicated to South Africa's Methode Cap Classique (MCC) of winemaking, the Cap Classique Producers Association (CCPA) strives to improve the quality standards of all memebers' wines made according to this classic bottle-fermentation method. To that end, the organization establishes technical criteria and organoleptic approval of base wines.
