Notes: The
top blend from this Central Coast cellar offers earthy aromas and extremely
mild tannins for such a youngster. Its flavors hint of dark cherries
and its finish is pure cocoa. In fact, sipping this wine is a very similar
taste experience to indulging in a box of chocolate covered cherries.

A fairly new operation on the Central Coast scene, this family-run winery
(which set up shop in 1996) focuses on high-quality, small-production
releases for a handful of styles from Chardonnay to Zinfandel. Their
