COCKTAIL RECIPE FOR CRUSTACEAN'S THE BEVERLY

*Crustacean’s house simple syrup

1 cup fresh, thinly sliced ginger
Zest of 4 oranges
1 vanilla bean split lengthwise
4 cups sugar
3 cups water

In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients and let simmer for 30 minutes. Afterwards, allow to cool. After cooled, strain ginger, vanilla bean and orange zest, and then transfer to a squeeze bottle and label.
